2. How do I know if my payment has gone through?
When you submit your payment details, the Razer Merchant Services will request authorization from your Card Issuer and carry out any fraud screening checks on Haruma Senko Depending on the outcome of the authorization request, you will see either a successful or a failed message on screen which will confirm the result of your transaction.
A successful payment will also be confirmed by email. This email will include the details of your purchase and your Transaction ID, which is a unique reference for your payment, and should be quoted on any correspondence with Haruma Senko It will be sent by Razer to the email address you have provided when entering your payment details.
If you receive more than one email and you have only made one purchase, please contact sales@harumasenko.com.my and inform us that you have placed multiple orders by mistake. We will arrange a refund if necessary.

4. I came across the name Razer Merchant in Haruma Senko, What is Razer Merchant?
Haruma Senko accepts online banking payment using Razer Merchant Services Payment Gateway and it is a secure online system that offers our customers safe transaction over the internet. Razer Merchant also uses 3D secure where extra authentication from the bank is required.
5. When I click on the button “ Payment with Razer Merchant”, nothing happens after that. Why ?
Please examine the settings of your internet browser if pop-up blocker is turned on. We need the pop-blocker to be turned off. For Internet Explorer users, go to Tools->Pop-Up Blocker->Turn-Off Pop-Up Blocker.
6. I have received a few emails from Haruma Senko. What are Orders Received, Orders Processed and Payment Receipt?
Order Received: This email informs you that Haruma Senko has received your orders and will process it as soon as possible.
Payment Received: This email confirms Haruma Senko has received your payment and processed your order.
Order Shipped: This email confirms that Haruma Senko has delivered/shipped the order to your shipping address.
7. Refund Policy

To be eligible for a refund, customer must be able to provide receipt or proof of purchase (photo) evidence that their item is spoiled, missing or unreachable to our customer service within 24 hours for further arrangement
Fruit Replacements/ Exchange:
If your order has an item that is not available in stock, we reserves the right to exchange to the equivalence or higher fruits as the replacement.This auto replacement policy applies to fruit boxes or fruit baskets.
Customers who received fruits replacement will only be refunded if the fruits provided are spoiled or inedible. Photographic evidence of spoiled fruit must be provided.
Customers will receive their refunds via e-voucher or cash refund within the agree timeframe with our customer service.
