3. When can I get my order?
*Order and payment made before 2PM (Monday to Friday) will deliver on same day, order and payment made after 2PM will be delivered on the next day.
*Order and payment made before 12PM (Saturday) will deliver on same day, order and payment made after 12PM will be delivered on the next Monday

4. What is the minimum order amount for delivery?
There’s a RM60.00 minimum order amount for us to deliver.
5. Is there a delivery fee?
There is a delivery charge based on delivery location but you are entitled FREE delivery if you meet our “”Free Delivery”” amount, please refer to Point 2. for information.
6. How do I check my order status?
You may check your order status under “Profile” page or contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +6010 831 2682.
7. What happened if my order is damages or wrong ?
Please take a picture of the damaged or wrong item(s) and contact our customer service via WhatsApp at +6010 831 2682 within 24 hours of delivery.
8. What is your delivery hour ?
It will be between 2:30PM and 7:30PM.
9. Do I need to create an account to place an order?
You may check out as a guest but it is highly encourage you create an account to stay current with our latest offerings, promotions and new release.
10. Do you offer in-store pick up service?
Yes, you may self pick-up service at our store during our business hour.
Monday – Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm Saturday 8:30am – 12:30pm
11. How do I know if my order has been delivered?
If your order is picked up by a different person, a phone call and photo confirmation will be sent to your phone number.
12. What if I provided an incorrect/incomplete delivery address?
We will delivery again on the next day with delivery charge. Please take note that we can’t guarantee the fruits/items are still at their same level of freshness compared to the day they should have been delivered.
13. What if I’m not available to receive my order?
Our delivery person will make another attempt on the same day. If the second attempt is also unsuccessful, we will delivery again on the next day with a delivery fee applied.
